Fleet Legislation
Company Driver Legislation for Trainers and Fleet Managers
All drivers who are expected to drive for the purposes of their job are subject to the relevant H&S laws. This list is not intended to be exhaustive, but it is pretty comprehensive, and should cover most areas of legislation that the average driver will need to know about.
We haven’t included legislation for HGV/LGV or tachos as this is something that we don’t deal with as a company, however finding this information shouldn’t be too hard from the DfT website.
Everyone forgets about this one!
